1. Website and purchase terms

Everyday Reset offers educational content and downloadable digital PDF workbooks. No physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly says otherwise. Product pages identify the price, page count, format, and included files before purchase. Prices and availability may change prospectively, but a change will not alter a completed purchase.

You must provide accurate checkout information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy practices. Everyday Reset does not receive your full payment-card number.

After successful payment, customers are directed to a private download page. You are responsible for downloading and securely storing the purchased file. If access fails, contact us with the purchasing email address so we can verify and restore access.

2. Personal-use digital product license

Each purchase grants the individual purchaser a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and print the files for personal use within that purchaser’s household. Ownership of the files and their intellectual property does not transfer to the purchaser.

You may make reasonable personal backup copies and print pages more than once for your household. You may not share download links or files outside your household; upload files to shared drives, groups, schools, churches, workplaces, marketplaces, or artificial-intelligence training systems; remove ownership notices; sell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or give away any part of a product; or copy, adapt, translate, extract, or use the files as a template for another product or service.

Coaches, counselors, churches, schools, teams, small groups, and other organizations need written permission or a separate commercial or group license before distributing or using copies with clients, students, members, or participants. Contact us before that use.

3. Intellectual property

The Everyday Reset website, original workbook text, selection and arrangement of prompts, page designs, photographs, graphics, audio, downloadable files, and other original materials are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Everyday Reset™, the ER identity, logos, and related source-identifying elements are claimed as brand identifiers. Except for the limited license above, all rights are reserved.

Third-party names, services, Scripture translations, fonts, photographs, and other licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, email a detailed notice identifying the work, the challenged material and location, your contact information, and the basis for your claim. We will review good-faith notices promptly.

4. Digital delivery, refunds, and support

Because downloadable products cannot be returned after access is provided, completed digital purchases are generally final and nonreturnable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not limit your rights when a file is defective, inaccessible, duplicated, or materially different from its description.

For a product problem, contact us within 14 days of purchase with the purchasing email address, product name, and a description of the issue. We may replace or repair the file, restore access, correct a duplicate charge, or issue an appropriate refund. A marketplace purchase is also governed by that marketplace’s policies and applicable law.

5. Privacy notice

Information collected. Everyday Reset may collect information you provide, including your email address, support messages, and transaction-related details such as the purchased product, date, amount, and Stripe transaction reference. Stripe receives payment details directly. The Reset Builder currently stores entries locally in your browser and does not transmit those entries to Everyday Reset.

How information is used. We use information to deliver products, manage the email list, send requested downloads and relevant marketing, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain records, understand site performance, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers. Resend supports email delivery and subscriber management; Stripe supports payment processing and receipts; the website’s hosting and infrastructure providers deliver and secure the site. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and only as needed to provide their services.

Choices and retention. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in an email. Transactional messages needed to complete or support a purchase may still be sent. We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including tax, accounting, security, and dispute records. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email; some records may need to be retained where legally required.

Security and children. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security. This website and its purchases are directed to adults and are not intended to collect personal information knowingly from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information.

6. Email communications

Submitting an email through the free-reset form requests the download and agrees to receive related Everyday Reset news and encouragement. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. Do not submit another person’s email address without their permission. We may send non-marketing messages necessary to deliver or support a purchase.

7. Educational and faith-based disclaimers

Everyday Reset materials provide general educational, organizational, reflective, and faith-based information. They are not medical or mental-health treatment, diagnosis, therapy, crisis care, legal advice, tax advice, financial or investment advice, credit counseling, professional relationship counseling, or a substitute for qualified pastoral or professional care.

Results differ from person to person. We do not guarantee a particular financial, health, relationship, spiritual, productivity, or life outcome. Use your judgment and seek a qualified professional when your circumstances call for one. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource rather than relying on a workbook.

8. Availability and responsibility

The site and products are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep descriptions and files accurate, accessible, and useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or program, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Everyday Reset is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these policies prospectively as the products, app, or legal requirements change. The effective date below identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
